Why We Do What We Do

It matters to me to make the absolute best I can and create beautiful moments of pleasure for you to enjoy. We work hard to source fresh organic ingredients, develop new recipes and hone our craft to create incredible organic chocolates.

It would be easier to use less expensive non-organic ingredients, use shortcuts, stop developing, exploring or challenging ourselves. But then Cocoa West would not be the special place that it is: a place - a team - that cares about people and their experience with what we create. And that is something I truly love. This matters to me for my family, for my customers and employees. I like to make people happy, one chocolate truffle at a time.
