Our Story

In 2002, together with my husband Carlos, we founded Cocoa West Chocolatier on Bowen Island – a small community not far from the shore of Vancouver, Canada. Here, we craft chocolate by hand to create the perfect taste sensation. I fashion each recipe to deliver a little ‘wow’ in a single bite using Certified Organic and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Our diligent sourcing for certified organic ingredients is unique in the industry.
