You will check in at Cocoa West Chocolatier and be met by either Joanne or a Cocoa West team member. 
We are happy to answer any questions for you or help with dinner reservations. Once checked in, you are ready to enjoy as much
of Bowen Island as you wish.

Cancellation Policy
We know sometimes plans need to be changed, so a booking cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged one night's full rate. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $100.
