Shipping Policy

Canada Post - Expedited Parcel, shipping 1-7 business days
Shipping rates are based on the customer's address and the weight of the order. Delivery time frames are not guaranteed as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

It is essential that the customer provide an accurate delivery address and phone number. Undeliverables returned to us having been Returned to Sender are subject to a $25 secondary shipping fee.

Handling Fee of $4 per order

Orders can be picked up Friday - Sunday at Cocoa West from 10am-4pm.

Please let us know the date you would like to pick up your order. The customer will receive an email when the order is ready to be picked up.

If you would like to personalize your order with a Note Card, please enter your message in the "Instructions box" upon checkout.
